Perhaps Donald Trump did not know the resentment of many voters in rural America, but it sounded like he knew what they wanted to hear.
Democrats need to speak with and to rural America.
Rural America does not believe they are getting their fair share of the public money and attention that the cities get.
How does that translate into votes for billionaire Trump? Trump played to the resentment voters feel toward politicians and government. It is huge!
All politicians need to listen to all the people wherever they live or lose their connection to voters.
