Senate Republicans leaders are urging Trump to withdraw Andrew Puzder as his labor secretary nominee.
There are not enough votes for Puzder even among a Republican controlled Senate. Puzder needs 50 votes and has maybe 40-48.
Puzder, who owns Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr, faces opposition to his position on labor issues and the fact that he employed an undocumented housekeeper.
Just another Trump nominee that needed extreme vetting by Trump before being placed in nomination.
Breaking News – Today, Puzder withdrew his name form nomination.
