Trump Again: Mexico Will Pay for the Wall

TRUMP AGAIN: MEXICO WILL PAY FOR THE WALL  ~ T. Rump, Trump By Trump  – 1-2017

During the campaign, Trump said that Mexico will pay for a Wall between us and Mexico.

As President, Trump says Americans will pay for the wall with taxes. Then, after the wall is built, Americans will pay a 20% tax on things they buy from Mexico. Am I reading this wrong? American taxpayers are going to pay for the wall twice? How is this a bargain?

At least the President should pay for the wall on a credit card and get 1-6% back on the dollars spent on the card.
