Federal Judge James Robart in Seattle last Friday blocked Trump’s Executive Immigration Order and travel ban. Trump appealed and a three judge appeals court unanimously agreed with Judge Robert.
It is a dramatic defeat for the Trump administration.
Trump has indicated that he would take the case all the way to the Supreme Court, if necessary.
