Republican effort to repeal and replace Obamacare failed as some moderate and conservative Republican Representatives concern grew for their re-election in 2018. Moderates want more people covered. Conservatives want less benefits.
Gov. John Kasich called on both parties to forge some kind of consensus. Bernie Sanders will introduce a single-payer plan.
Can the GOP govern seems to be a growing question. Will its center-right members work with more conservative members even on tax reform?
