ACA HARD TO REPLACE ~ T. Rump, Trump By Trump – 2-2017
The Affordable Care Act is hard to replace and that is why Republicans have no replacement plan to satisfy everyone from insurance companies, pharmaceuticals, to Republican Governors and insured voters.
I recommend serious consideration of “Medicare for All” – one plan for the health insurance of the President, congressmen, veterans, military personnel and all of us. In is health care not insurance, and it works. It can be expanded to cover drugs and all costs of health care.
Medicare pays for the health of senior citizens and controls costs. To cover everyone we could pay for it with a percent of all income above poverty levels.
Trump says “nobody knew that health care could be so complicated”, but everyone knew it. At least, all the parties including President Obama, Hillary Clinton, all the legislators, insurance companies and pharmaceuticals knew it.
