This is the news.
Speaker John Boehner steps down as speaker at the end of this month. I am not a Republican, but I think he was a good man in an impossible job. Too many T-Party members make running this country impossible. Nobody can make T-Party members responsible to their duty to help run this country.
Boehner does not deserve the treatment he got. But it does allow him the freedom to speak his mind as he did by referring to Ted Cruz as a jackass. More to come no doubt.
