Don’t Worry About Death

~ R. U. WackoIn June of 1993, my dear Grandma Minnie had her second stroke – this time in the nursing home. The day before her stroke, she was concerned about her safety as she thought her roommate was running the nursing home and had told her that she may as well sell her beloved home as wasn’t going to be returning to her house. Well, that is not what Minnie wanted to hear. I tried to tell her she was safe. She finally said, O.K., if you say so, but “I just didn’t want to be cremated before my time!” Minnie was 95 at that time.
